Blended Vanilla Coffee Frappe!

You’ll see this sip at your local coffee shop, but my homemade version is cheaper, lower in sugar and extremely flavorful.

 

Ingredients:
2 or 3 cups small ice cubes
1 cup brewed espresso or coffee
1/2 cup milk
brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions:
Combine the ice, coffee, milk, vanilla extract and sugar in a blender and pulse/puree until frothy and ice is pulverized.
Taste and adjust sweetener if desired.
Pour into a tall glass or jar
Optional: Top with whipped cream or "Chocolate Therapy spice"
