My 1 minute AB blast with Gliding Discs!
Try this simple but very effective AB BLASTER by Ingrid Romero, superset this workout with glider discs. This is a great way to target your core section and it can be done anywhere. I am doing just one set but to really challenge yourself try doing three sets of these with little rest in between. Get ready to burn!!!
If you don't own a pair of gliding discs, now is the time to invest. They're small enough so that you can keep them in your gym bag, or you could keep them in your home gym (aka your living room) for a quick workout on those days when you don't have time for the gym.
