TIGHTENING SKIN AFTER WEIGHT LOSS
Whether you’ve given birth to a baby or just lost a lot of weight, loose skin is something that many people deal with. While severely stretched skin may require surgery to appear firm again, there are several things you can do to improve your skin tightness without resorting to the knife. WATER It’s been said before and we’ll say it again – water is the cheapest medicine you can give your body.
