Today we’re toning your strong arms and booty with this two powerful moves! Grab a set of dumbbells and a medicine ball and crush 3 – 4 rounds of these exercises below.

Learn how to do the backside-boosting lunge variation below.

Curtsey Lunge to DB front raise:
1- Start from standing, and step your left leg behind you and to the right so your thighs cross, bending both knees as if you were curtsying. Make sure your front knee is aligned with your front ankle.
2- Return to standing, and switch sides to complete one rep.
3- Do three- four sets of 12 to 15 reps.

 

Overhead Lunge with medicine ball Rotation:

1-Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart. Hold a small medicine ball directly in front of your hips. Keep a slight bend in your elbows.

2- Brace your core. Step forward about 2–3 feet. Drop your hips toward the floor until the back of your leg becomes almost parallel to the ground. Pause at the bottom.

3- Twist your torso toward the front leg while keep bringing your arms down holding the medicine ball. Push through your front leg to return to the starting position.
